Hello Team,

Attached is the list of volunteer assignments for the upcoming season. It is structured so that each family will be required to volunteer one time, and is based off swimmer's last name. We require each family to provide one non-swimmer volunteer to the meet assigned. If you are unable to volunteer at your assigned meet, email or message Coach Ogas with an alternate date that you can volunteer. 

To sign up for a job at your meet, go on our website: https://calhoun.swimtopia.com/swim_meets

Once you are logged in with your email/password, Click the green "Job Sign Up" box for that meet to select the position you want. We will open up the volunteer sign up each week for the meets that week. Currently we have sign up open for our Time Trials meet on Thursday. Thank you so much for your help!!!
