Hello again!

First of all, good job parents on volunteer sign-ups for this Thursday's meet! We only have a couple of jobs left to fill. Thank you to all of you who took care of that already.

Next up is swim meet declaration. The process of declaring for meet participation is easy and it is oh so important! It shows if your swimmer will be participating in the meet and allows me to create an accurate heat sheet and make sure all of our events get covered. 

Please go onto our website now to declare your swimmer(s) participation for this Thursday's meet. Go to our website: https://calhoun.swimtopia.com/swim_meets

Once logged in, you can select the green box that says Meet Entry Open. You will click on that, then click Edit below your swimmer(s) name(s), and then declare if they are Attending or Not Attending.

Meet declaration must happen by 9pm the day before the meet. Please go in now and declare your swimmers participation for the meet this Thursday. Thank you!
