We do have practice this morning. Our first swim meet is tonight at Fairyland. Address: 1201 Fleetwood Dr, Lookout Mountain, GA 30750. You will need to arrive by 5:00. We have two lanes to warm-up in, and we will be warming up in shifts of 10-15 swimmers at a time, as early as 4:30 for those that arrive early. The meet starts at 5:30. Fairyland Club has a limited number of tables and chairs with umbrellas for the visiting team. These are first come, first serve. You can bring camping chairs and a canopy. If you signed up to volunteer, there will be volunteer meetings prior to the meet around 5:15. Fairyland has a good concession stand with hot foods. Its a nice venue for a swim meet. You'll see. Here are some reminders:

THINGS TO TAKE TO EACH SWIM MEET:

1. Team suit (if you have one, if not, any suit without another team's name on it).

2. Goggles

3. Plenty of towels

4. Chair,beach blanket or equivalent for your child to sit on during the meet

6. Sharpie to write your child's events on his/her arm (we will help you). 

7. Team t-shirt and team cap (We will be bringing these to the meet if you haven't got yours yet).

8. Umbrella in case of rain. Rain does not stop a meet!

9. Snacks and water

10. Patience....self explanatory

As a reminder about weather, meets will not be canceled ahead of time. Just arrive at the meet at the scheduled time. Thank you all. Let's go Barracudas!!!!
